Termes & Condition Valid For All Customer Who Use Sadik Cargo. So, We Suggst Please Read It Carefully Before Use Our Service.
BUY AND SEND SERVICE :
- Occasionally, the price of the requested product that the buyer submit to purchase may change due to serveral reasons.
- If the price of requested items at the time we attempt purchase is lower than the price expected, The remaining funds will be Refundable.
- If the price of requested items at the time we attempt purchase is higher than the price expected, we will not purchase the items without confirmation from you.
- If the item is out of stock, the full amount will be refunded.
2. Our services are limited to order place to vendor, storage, handling and shipment of your items. All items are solely your property and the condition of such items is solely your responsibility. Any problems related to your items’ condition at the time of delivery to our warehouse are solely between you and the vendor of the items.
- Size incorrect
- Wrong item/ defect item
- Electronics item problem (on/off or any issue)
- Vendor scam
- Parcel lost before delivery
- Quantity shortage

3. As part of our service, we will provide mediation service between you and the vendor of any item at no additional charge. Such mediation will be limited to the purpose of resolving specific issues related to the condition, characteristics, or delivery of items, including;
- Inquiries regarding the condition of items at the time of delivery
- Return / exchange requests
- Reporting an undelivered item
- Refund requests
3. At your request, we will attempt to cancel orders that have not been processed by the Vendor. (Vendor policy will be applied too)
4. At your request, we can return items to the seller within the United Kingdom. However, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return shipment.
- We cannot refuse delivery of any unwanted parcel due to the volume of parcels received at our warehouse.
- Any refund made by the vendor will be refundable.
- Items which are returned with prepaid labels are not eligible for insurance. Any claim for loss or damage after the item has left our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer or the store who provided the label.
- Our additional service (Return) will be applied.
5. Once shipment left from our uk warehouse and on the way to Bangladesh, Return service not applicable.
- Buyer needs to arrange own shipping method to return it from Bangladesh.
- We offer one way cargo/shipping service and it’s only UK to Bangladesh. We don’t provide Bangladesh to UK cargo/shipping service.
6. For damage/lost coverage shipping insurance,Please contact the support team before shipment is dispatched from the UK for shipping insurance. We are not liable to pay any damarage for uninsured products.

7. SadikCargo may provide estimated delivery time frames for your convenience. These are general estimates based on average times, and not guarantees. Some shipments may be delivered outside of these estimates and there is no compensation or refund the product price for shipping delays or delivery timing.
8. Risky items; The following items can be shipped only under your own responsibility. Risky items are uninsurable. SadikCargo will not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from damages to these items in transit;
- Eyeshadows and eyeshadow palettes.
- Any items that can be damaged as a result of temperature fluctuations.
- Containers with oil.
- Extremely fragile items. Example; glass containers, light fixtures and light bulbs, kitchenware, sculptures.
- Any kind of fragile items
9. Prohibited or Restricted items from both country are not shippable. If you have any Prohibited or Restricted items you are liable for any further issues.

YOU BUY - WE SHIP SERVICE :
1. Upon completing registration, you will be assigned a shipping address. You must use the full address as per mentioned. when ordering any items for delivery to our warehouse.
2. Our services and obligations begin when your item is physically delivered to our warehouse at the address specified on your account. We are not responsible for items not delivered to our warehouse for any reason.
3. Our services are limited to storage, handling and shipment of your items. All items are solely your property and the condition of such items is solely your responsibility. Any problems related to your items’ condition at the time of delivery to our warehouse are solely between you and the vendor of the items.

- We offer oneway cargo/shipping service and its only UK to Bangladesh. We don’t provide Bangladesh to UK cargo/shipping service.
6. Purchase Invoice/Packing list is mandatory. You need to send us the Invoice of purchase. Otherwise your delivery will not processed.
7. Online Purchases outside the UK retails are acceptable to receive by our warehouse but any uk customs/VAT is liable to pay by the customer himself.
8. Prohibited or Restricted items from both country are not shippable. If you have any Prohibited or Restricted items you are liable for any further issues.

- We have the right to check every product to make packaging list.
- Once a shipment is packed for flight, Additional service request is not acceptable.
