Return to Vendor / Seller (Only UK)
If seller sent you wrong product you may return it to the seller.
If the seller provides you with a prepaid return label, you only pay the £3 return processing fee.
If the seller does not provide a prepaid label, you will only need to pay the shipping cost.
(Note: Return request only acceptable if your parcel is not packed for flight)
Extra Packaging / Protection
Generally we provide normal packing at no extra charge.
If there is need any extra packaging for your product protection. There will be extra charge.
